- High season surcharge at USD 30 per night is applied from July 15 to August 31
- Peak season surcharge at USD 50 per night is applied from December 21 to January 05

- 50% deposit payment is required for instant confirmation
- 50% of total payment is charged for cancellation occurred 14 days prior to arrival, and full charge is billed for cancellation 7 (seven) days prior to arrival
